1. What is your shipping time? We currently have free shipping throughout the United States!  The delivery includes processing time + shipping time.  For processing, please allow up to 5 business days after your order is received.  We ship throughout the United States within 2 to 4 weeks, particularly in light of impacts from COVID-19. Please note that our free shipping does NOT include a delivery guarantee.  You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.  If you do not get an update within 7 business days, please contact us at support@healthyinspiredcook.com
  2. How long does it take to process my order?  Your order will generally take up to 5 business days to process
  3. What is my shipping status? Please have your tracking number ready and use the Track Order link to see the status.  If you have not received your tracking number or still have questions, please email us at support@healthyinspiredcook.com

Can I cancel my order? We will try to help as best we can if requested quickly, though it is not a guarantee.  If you want to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours at support@healthyinspiredcook.com.  Cancelations can only be done for orders that are not in the advanced stage of processing. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled
  5. What is your refund policy? Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a generous 30-day return policy after receiving your item. Please note that items returned must be unused, unworn and in the original package with all tags and contents in place. To start a return, contact us at support@healthyinspiredcook.com.  Please include your order number, the nature of the request (e.g., return), pictures and the reason. We will review and reply with next steps and/ or instructions. If you receive a damaged/ defective or the wrong item, please contact us immediately, but no later than the permitted 30-day return window, providing pictures or videos with your request
  6. What if I need to change the shipping address? Depending on timing, we may be able to help you. Please contact us immediately at support@healthyinspiredcook.com.  If already shipped, we will not be able to change the location. We will try to help but are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address in the order.  If additional shipping charges are incurred, you will be responsible or may need to make a new order
