Cancelations

While we cannot guarantee a cancelation, if you want to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours at support@healthyinspiredcook.com.  Cancelations can only be done for orders that are not in the advanced stage of processing. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Please include all critical details including your name, order number and the nature of the request. 

 

We have a generous 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, i.e., unused or unworn, with the original packaging, tags and contents.  When you seek a refund, please provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation), a picture of the item and your reason for the return.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost to return the item.

To start a return, contact us at support@healthyinspiredcook.com.  We will reply with the next steps and instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and that do not meet the requirements above will not be accepted.  Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will respond with a verdict and the next steps, e.g., the refund.  

 

Damages and issues

If you receive the wrong item or a defective / damaged item, please reach out to us immediately to make the necessary correction.  Please note you must contact us within the 30 day window to be eligible for a refund.  Per the general refund instructions above, please include proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation), a picture or video of the item showing the damage or defect and your reason for the return.  

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
At this time, we do not exchange or replace an item unless it is damaged or defective.  If you wish to get another version (e.g., another color), the best way is to follow the return process and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refund Method
If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded based on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
